Chia pudding jar
Chia pudding is such a quick easy and nutrition way to add extra taste to any meal, weather it's breakfast, snack lunch or even as a healthy dessert, what could be better?
• 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
• 3 tblsp of chia seeds
• 2 tblsp of grated cinnamon
Pour into the bottom of a jar, stir and leave in fridge overnight stiring frequently probably 4 times, top with all things great!!
