Homemade falafel balls


Homemade falafel balls are a perfect Way for vegetarians or vegans to ensure some protein into their meals 
Ingredients 
• 3 cups cooked red lentils 
• 1 garlic clove minced 
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin 
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced 
• 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
• 1 lemon, juice only 
• 2 cups of buckwheat 
• 1/4 cup coconut oil 
Blend / mush all the ingredients together. Roll up in balls and place on a baking tray and cook on high in the oven for 20-25 minutes, enjoy in a salad, with hummos or my favourite, in a wrap!
