Excerisise



Working out should be done in moderation, and for fun with the purpose of happy endorphins not so much weight loss. Amy & I have both had the experience of over excersising, and when you're not putting enough or the right fuel in, it's actually damaging and doing harm to your body. It can become a unhealthy addiction and for the secrete of a beautiful lean and a healthy body, nothing is over done, everything is spread out in moderation, clean diet, working with the mind, treasuring your temple (body) excerising to a healthy extent, yoga, and meditation. The perfect key to an amazing healthy body is 80% food and 20% excersise, so nourishing yourself with beautiful organic foods is the best option for anyone who's searching for true health.
