Minted pea hummos


This can be used as a perfect tip for snacks, peas are loaded with vitamins A, B1, B6, C and mega hit of vitamin K 
• 2 cups fresh or frozen peas
• 2 cloves garlic 
• juice from 1/2 lemon 
• 2 tbsp tahini
•sea salt 
•1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
•1 tsp cumin

Mix all the ingredients I'm a blender untill smooth. Serve in a bowl, with vegetables on side for dipping or spread onto crunchy gluten free sourdough toast.
