Vegetarian avocado dip



You will need: 
2 ripe avocados, peeled, stone discarded, diced 
Juice of half a lime (about 2 teaspoons)Finely grated rind of half a lime (1-2 teaspoons) 1 tomato, de-seeded, finely chopped 2 shallots, finely choppedSweet chilli sauce, 2 teaspoons (optional)Fresh coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon,  finely chopped 


Directions


  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine. 
  • Serve either as a dip, on bruschetta,  or as a side for barbequed and evening snacks!

The avocado should be relished into every diet. Yes, they are high in fat, but the kind of fat that has impeccable health promoting properties. That is monounsaturated fat, the kind of fat that lowers cholesterol. So try not to get confused between the fat the grows in the ground, to the fat that is trans and made in a factory.
